Broadband Innovation Fund

The Broadband Innovation Fund (BIF) is a $15 million funding pool, announced in 2002, that financed new uses of broadband technology by Victorian Government agencies.

BIF has funded projects in the areas of health, education and environmental management. All funding has now been allocated. Some projects have already been completed and others are due for completion by 2010.
