| The fourth phase of cIIF involves implementing the project. After the grants contract has been signed, applicants will be responsible for implementing the project according to the Business Plan. Typically it is anticipated that projects funded under the program will take 1 – 2 years to be implemented and evaluated. Regular progress and activity reports (as outlined by the grants contract) will be required for each project. These will include: |
