In the third phase of cIIF successful Stage 2 applicants will be enter into a grants contract with the Victorian Government to receive program funding to implement their project.
The grants contract will include standard items such as:

- Payment schedules and milestones
|
- Performance monitoring, reporting and evaluation requirements
|
- Access and auditing requirements, including recording keeping, insurances and asset management requirements.
|
|
