| Hong Kong International ICT Expo 2012 13 - 16 April, Hong Kong |
| Expressions of interest are sought from Victorian ICT companies interested in participating in the Victorian mission to the Hong Kong International ICT Expo. The HKTDC International ICT Expo is a powerful leading Asian trade event, linking information and communications technology product and service providers with buyers from around the world. More than 570 exhibitors from all over the world will showcase their latest products and solutions at the fair which attracts almost 30,000 visitors from across the region. Group pavilions include representatives from Australia, Canada, the Chinese mainland, India, the Philippines and Taiwan. | Yoesu World Trade Expo, Victorian Government Trade Mission to Korea 8-12 May, Korea |
| Located in the small coastal city of Yoesu, the Expo is expected to involve approximately 100 countries, 5 international organizations, 10 corporations and 16 local governments. 10 million visitors are expected to visit the Expo site during the Expo. The theme of the Expo is 'the Living Ocean and Coast- Diversity of Resources and Sustainable Activities'. Victoria will have a strategic engagement in the Yeosu Expo and will support Victorian exporters, many from the ICT industry, to travel to Korea to meet with potential partners and customers as well as visiting the Expo. | Super Trade Mission to China 14-18 May, China |
| The Premier of Victoria, the Hon Ted Baillieu MLA announced during a visit to China in September 2011, that the Victorian Government would host a ‘Super Trade Mission’ to China in the first half of 2012. The mission would help more than 100 Victorian companies and organisations, many from the ICT industry, travel to China and meet potential partners and customers. Expressions of interest are sought from Victorian ICT companies interested in participating in this mission. |
