Victorian Local Government Service Strategy
|
The Municipal Association of Victoria, Multimedia Victoria and the Department of Infrastructure, have co-ordinated the development of an online services strategy for local government.
The development of this strategy involved extensive consultation and was facilitated by a steering committee of 14, including 10 council chief executive officers.

What were the outcomes?
|
The project delivered:
1. A strategic plan for the deployment of integrated online services.
2. An implementation plan for the delivery of selected services sustainable for rural communities.
